Usalakebals.com is part of USA Quality Products, registred with the Chamber of Commerce in Amsterdam, number 33294252, and established since 1992 as importer and distribitor of lakeballs and recycled golf balls from the United States. Our wholesale pricing offers you economic and environmental sound golf balls. We guarantee quick and reliable delivery and offer a return policy in case you are not satisfied.

ORDER & PAYMENT

Fill out the electronic orderform; the total is calculated automatically, shipping included. Also fill out your European Taxnumber, if not available we have to charge 19% VAT.

At the bottom of the form fill out all the fields (name, address, etc.) and click 'SUBMIT'.

You will receive a confirmation number of your order and the delivery date. All products are shipped from our stock within one week. Sometimes (but rarely) a certain product may be sold out and delivery will be postponed. You will be notified immediately and a new date will be agreed. Shipping is taken care of by UPS (European Parcel Service).

The product(s) will be shipped as soon as the total amount is received on our ABN AMRO bank accountnumber 40.22.75.438 to the credit of USA Quality Products, Amsterdam.

For COD (Cash On Delivery) shipment there is an extra charge (minimum 5.00 Euro). The goods will be shipped after you received your confirmation number.

In case you are not completely satisfied with the goods, please notify us within three days after receipt with a description of the defect or your complaint. We will contact you to exchange the product (only if not used, changed or altered), or to refund your money after returning the goods to our warehouse.

Reservation of title. All products remain our property unless paid in full.
